past few days were soo sooo tiring. Slept at 7.30am in the morning. whahaaha, i'm still YOUNG. HMMMMFFfffF~~~

anyway i officially got my Customers' complain report (CCR) today. I think its' not my first also. Ah. i don't take counts for how many complains i get =P and some how, all the CCRs which i suspected i've got, is always from this particular lady in the business office. Wa lao eh, she spends 7.5 hours a day, 5.5 days a week hoping and praying and planning and writing CCRs for the technical staffs... She is super busy one I tell you!
